The First Educational Meeting for the mothers of Childhood Centre children


An educational meeting was held with the children's mothers in all branches according to the following schedule:
• Tuesday 21/1/1437 A.H ( Al Sulaimania branch )
• Wednesday 22/1/1437 A.H ( Al Sulaimania branch )
• Thursday (Medicine branch) The meeting included the following points:
• A speech by Mrs. Maysaa AlJuhani, the Social Supervisor, about her role in the communication between the centre and the parents.
• A speech by Mrs. Maha AlHazaa, the Academic Supervisor of infants and toddlers, about the children's daily and educational program in the stages (Infants & Toddlers 1&2).
• A speech by Mrs. Hiba Zaylae, the Academic Supervisor of Kindergarten & Daycare, about:
1. The centre's programs and activities for Kindergarten, such as (reading, library, corners, English, Math, Projects and educational units)
2. The importance of the child's attendance on a daily basis, from 8:15 am to 1:30 pm, to benefit from the activities and programs.
• Teachers' speeches and detailed explanation about all the programs of the nursery. • A speech by Mrs. Faiza Al Zahrani, the psychology counselor, about:
1. The role of the psychology counselor and a definition of behavior problems and how to avoid them.
2. Effective interaction between parents and the centre helps avoiding bad behavior and solves it.
• The speech of IT responsible, Mrs. Ahlam AlAmri
1. Photography and shows.
2. The centre's email.
3. Sending messages through the web site.

• The participation of Dr. Jihan Khan from the Medical Administration in an educational health program on dental care, under the title (My smile & my mother)
• The speech of Family Counseling (The mother is the starting point), by Mrs.
Amani Afandi. The speech included:
1. The child's rights and needs, and the features of each growing stage.
2. Making the child aware and taking care of him by providing the joyful atmosphere and improving the child's skills.
